NOTICE is hereby given, that at a Special General
Meeting of the above Company, held at the
Masonic Hall, Napier, on the 4th day of March, 1872,
the following Special Resolution was passed, viz. :-
"That the Resolution for winding up passed at
last meeting be confirmed, and that the Com-
pany be wound up voluntarily."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned at
Otahu and Merton, at Waiau, in the Province of
Otago, as Sheepfarmers, Stockowners, and Run-
holders, has this day been dissolved by mutual
consent. The business will for the future be carried
on by Mr. Robert Ferguson Cuthbertson alone, who
will pay and receive all debts due by and to the said
firm.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned
Bernhard Henry Reinecker and Walter Hunter, as
Runholders and Stockowners, at Mount Beaumont
Station, in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of
New Zealand, under the style or firm of "Reinecker
and Hunter," has been dissolved by effluxion of time.
