College of Surgeons of England, Licentiate
of the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glas-
gow, and Licentiate of Midwifery, residing in
Oamaru, in the said Province, do hereby give notice
that I intend to apply to the Registrar for the Dis-
trict of Dunedin, on the 20th day of April, 1872, to
have my name placed on the Register of Medical
Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I
have deposited my Diplomas along with this in the
Office of the said Registrar in Dunedin, for public
inspection, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners
Registration Act, 1869."
