the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

New River Hundred, in the Province of Otago.-
Applicants, THOMAS WILSON, of New River
Hundred aforesaid, Settler; and JAMES HARVEY,
of Invercargill, Solicitor, Attorney for Mrs. ANN
BARCLAY, Heir-at-law of JAMES JAMIESON,
late of New River Hundred, Settler.

Re AMBROSE MEESON.
IF Ambrose Meeson, one of the children of
Richard James Meeson, late of Battle-bridge,
near Wickford, in the County of Essex, England,
Limeburner, deceased, who died on the 7th day of
February, 1856, will apply and produce to the
undersigned satisfactory proof of his identity, he
may hear of something to his advantage. Or, in
the event of the death of the said Ambrose Meeson
having happened, his children or issue are requested
to apply to Messrs. Geo. Wood and Son, Solicitors,
Rochford, Essex, England; Messrs. H. C. Nisbet
and Co., Solicitors, 35 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London,
England; or to Mr. B. C. Haggitt, Solicitor, Manse
Street, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.
