Queenstown, Otago, amounting to three hundred
and twenty-nine pounds two shillings and sixpence,
for building a Post Office and Telegraph Station at
Arrowtown, has been accepted.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of the terms
of the several mortgages, that all moneys payable
in respect of the same, whether for interest or principal,
are to be paid into the Bank of New Zealand, Wan-
ganui, to the credit of an account to be called "The
Patea Loan Account."
