THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
lately subsisting between us, the undersigned
James Benjamin Poynter and Charles Evans, as
Sheep Farmers, at Waarenga-a-Kiha, at Poverty
Bay, in the Province of Auckland, and Colony of
New Zealand, under the Firm of "Poynter and
Evans," was this day dissolved by mutual consent;
and that all debts due and owing to or by the late
Firm will be received and paid by the said James
Benjamin Poynter. As witness our hands, this
twelfth day of September, 1871.
