NOTICE.

At a General Meeting of Shareholders in this
Company, held at the Wellington Atheneum,
on Tuesday, the 5th of September, 1871, the follow-
ing Resolution was proposed by Mr. J. E. Nathan,
seconded by Mr. D. Lewis, and carried unanimously:--
"That, in consideration of the accounts now
presented by the Liquidators, it is the opinion of
this meeting that the affairs of the New Zealand
Steam Navigation Company (Limited) have been
fairly wound up."

PUBLIC NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto carried on by us, the undersigned
John Spence, David Spence, and James Spence, of
Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, in conjunction
with the undersigned William John Vance, of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand, under the style
and firm of "W. J. Vance and Co.," has been this day
dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by the
late firm will be paid at the office, Queen Street, on
presentation of accounts; and all persons indebted to
the said firm are requested to pay the amounts due
by them within fourteen days from this date.

Dated this eighth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-one.
