I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of
the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons
claiming title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the
under-mentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the
said persons are respectively entitled to the Crown Grants of land set against their names in the
annexed Schedule.

1,520 1,717 John Walker Entitled to a Crown Grant of the South-western portion of Section No. 25, Right Bank of the Wanganui River, containing about 54 acres, more or less. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 16th day of October, 1861.
1,521 1,718 Edmond Robert Wodehouse and Robert Spencer Robinson Entitled to take the delivery of a Crown Grant to be issued (in accordance with the provisions of "The Crown Grants Act, 1866") in the name of Charles Buller, late of No. 2, Chester Place, in the County of Middlesex, in England, for Section No. 427, on the plan of the City of Wellington, and for Rural Section No. 20, on the plan of the Porirua District, Kinapoura Division. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 3rd June, 1841. Subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
