EDWARD B. CORNISH, late Constable in Armed
Constabulary (No. 3 Division), deceased.
Under the provisions of "The Public Payments
without Probate Act, 1869," and the Regulations
made thereunder, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 1870, page 212, the Colonial Treasurer
intends to make a payment of money due to the
above-named deceased, to a person not being his legal
representative. All persons objecting to such pay-
ment being made must give notice to the Colonial
Treasurer, at Wellington, within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice,
when their objections will be considered.
