Office and Telegraph Station at Tokomairiro, in
the Province of Otago.
General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings
may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington; at the Post Office, Dunedin; and at the
Post Office, Tokomairiro.
Tenders will be received by the undersigned up to
Noon on the 15th day of July next.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

NOTICE is hereby given, that I intend to apply to
the General Assembly of New Zealand, at its
next Session, for leave to bring in a Bill to amend
the Waste Lands Acts relating to the Province of
Auckland, and to enable the Superintendent of the
said Province to carry out certain engagements
entered into with the Bay of Islands Coal Company,
Limited.
Copies of the said proposed Bill will be deposited
in the office of the Colonial Secretary at Wellington,
and in the office of the Commissioner of Crown
Lands at Auckland, on or before the 20th day of
July, 1871.

WHEREAS the persons named at the foot hereof
have each respectively for himself made appli-
cation to have the land set forth and described after
his name brought under the operation of "The Land
Transfer Act, 1870," notice is hereby given, that
unless caveat be lodged with the District Land Regis-
trar of the District of Auckland, by some person
having estate or interest in the said lands, on or
before the date herein below for each case specified,
the said pieces of land will be brought under the
operation of the said Act as by law directed.
Diagrams delineating these parcels of land may be
inspected at the Lands Registry Office, Supreme
Court House, Auckland.
