granted to Samuel Alexander Bell; now occupied by

described after his name brought under the operation
of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," notice is hereby
given, that unless caveat be lodged with the District
Land Registrar of the District of Auckland, by some
person having estate or interest in the said lands, on or
before the date herein below for each case specified,
the said pieces of land will be brought under the
operation of the said Act as by law directed.
Diagrams delineating these parcels of land may be
inspected at the Lands Registry Office, Supreme

operation of the said Act as by law directed. A

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
Sheepfarmers and Graziers was dissolved on the 14th
day of April instant. All debts due to the late firm
must be paid to Mr. J. C. Crawford, by whom all
accounts owing by the firm will be discharged.
