- The Offices at George Street (Plymouth) and
Scotswood (Newcastle-on-Tyne) will be abolished. - During the past quarter an Office was opened
at Essendon (Hertford), and the Sub-Office at Batley
(Leeds) was raised to the rank of a Head Office.
SCOTLAND. - During the past quarter an Office was opened
at 3 India Street (Edinburgh), and the Offices at
Wemyss Place (Edinburgh) and Monifieth (Dundee)
were abolished. - The Offices at Tarbert and Tayinloan are now
served from Greenock instead of from Lochgilphead.

CUSTOMS.βWhereas a certain building situated
in Lower Queen Street, Auckland, and known as
J. S. MACFARLANE AND Co.'S WAREHOUSE,
was, by an order dated the 26th June, 1865, appointed
as a Warehouse for the reception and security of
goods entered to be warehoused without payment of
duty upon the first entry thereof: And whereas the
limits of the said bonded Warehouse have been
altered and extended: Now, in exercise of the
authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Com-
missioner of Customs, do, by this order under my
hand, revoke and annul the order aforesaid, and do
now hereby approve and appoint the said Warehouse
according to the under-mentioned description thereof,
namely:-
A Cellar under Brick Store in occupation of John
Sangster Macfarlane. Also part of ground floor and
part of upper floor of Brick Building in rear thereof,
all situate on part of allotment No. 3 of section 2 of
the City of Auckland.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
twenty-second day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-one.

tion Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned
Warehouse at the
Port of Thames,
namely, part of the upper floor of a Brick Building,
roofed with galvanized iron, erected on allotments
4 and 5, Grahamstown, and known as
ONYON'S BOND,
to be a Warehouse for the reception of goods under
Bond.

Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Names of Officiating

Act, 1854," have been sent in to me in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 7, of the 31st of January; No. 14,
of the 25th of February; and No. 19, of the 18th
March, in the present year.
