LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
WHEREAS the persons named at foot hereof
have each respectively made application to have the land set forth and described
after his name brought under the operation of
"The Land Transfer Act, 1870," notice is hereby
given, that unless caveat be lodged with the
Land Registrar of the District of Canterbury,
or some person having estate or interest in the
lands, on or before the date herein below for each
case specified, the said pieces of land will be brought
under the operation of the said Act as by law
directed. Diagrams delineating these parcels of
land may be inspected at this Office.
TOWN OF LYTTELTON.
JOHN McDONALD.—Part of Section 26, 18971
square feet; a rectangular block fronting London
Street, 23 feet, and back 82$\frac{1}{2}$ feet; bounded North by
London Street; South and West by other parts of
section 26; and East by section 27.—13th April, 1871.
TIMARU DISTRICT.
ALBERT ALDRIDGE.—Part of Section 7,099,
140 acres; bounded on North by northern boundary
of section; on South by private accommodation
on West by land sold to James Telford; on East by
land let to George Mawer.—13th April, 1871.
Dated this eighth day of March, 1871, at the
Lands Registry Office, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned,
Alfred George Horton and Herbert Belfield, as
Printers and Publishers of the Timaru Herald News-
paper, and in the business of General Printers, at
Timaru, in the Province of Canterbury, under the
style or firm of "Horton and Belfield," was this day
dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the
business will be carried on by the said Herbert
Belfield on his separate account, and who will pay and
receive all debts owing from and to the said Part-
nership in the regular course of business.
Witness our hands this second day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned,
Edward Constable Maxwell and Wilfrid Constable
Maxwell, at Race-Course Hill, as Stockowners and
Sheepfarmers, has this day been dissolved by mutual
consent.
The business will be carried on by Edward
Constable Maxwell alone, to whom all debts due to
the Partnership must be paid, and the liabilities of
the Partnership will be discharged by him.
