THOMAS WATERS, late a Private in the 3rd
Waikato Regiment, deceased.
Under the provisions of "The Public Payments
without Probate Act, 1869," and the Regulations
made thereunder, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 1870, page 212, the Colonial Treasurer
intends to make a payment of money due to the
above-named deceased, to a person not being his
legal representative. All persons objecting to such
payment being made must give notice to the Colonial
Treasurer, at Wellington, within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice,
when their objections will be considered.

Zealand for the despatch of business accruing under
"The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867,"
will be holden at the Court House, Nelson, on the
following days, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon:-

" 29th September;.
" 10th November;
" 22nd December;
and on such other days as may be hereafter specially
appointed.
