DISSOLUTION of Partnership.-Notice is hereby
given, that the Partnership Business at New
Plymouth and Wanganui of Charles Brown, of
New Plymouth, and John Duthie, of Wanganui,
under the style or firm of "Brown and Duthie,"
Ironmongers, was dissolved on the 3rd day of
January ultimo, and that the said business will be
wound up at New Plymouth by the said Charles
Brown, and at Wanganui by the said John Duthie,
who are each empowered to give receipts and act in
all matters arising out of the closing of the said
business on behalf of the late firm.

NEW Plymouth Lighter Company, Limited.-
Notice is hereby given, that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of "The New Plymouth Lighter
Company, Limited," will be held at the registered
office of the Company, on the Beach, New Plymouth,
on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1870, at
the hour of three o'clock p.m., for the purpose of
confirming the following Resolution, which was
passed unanimously by the shareholders of the
Company, for the time being entitled to vote, present
at a meeting of the Company held at the registered
office of the Company, on the Beach, New Plymouth,
on Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day of January,
1870, duly convened for the purpose :-

Resolution-" It is resolved that "The New Ply-
mouth Lighter Company, Limited," shall be
wound up voluntarily."

Notice is hereby given, that at an Extraordinary
General Meeting of "The New Plymouth Lighter
Company, Limited," held at the registered office of
the Company, on the Beach, New Plymouth, on
Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day of January, 1870,
at the hour of three o'clock p.m., of which meeting
a notice specifying the intention to propose the
following Resolution had been duly given, the said
Resolution was passed unanimously by such share-
holders of the Company, for the time being entitled
to vote, as were present in person or by proxy
thereat:-
