DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between us as
Brewers, under the firm or style of "Brown and
Turnell," at Oamaru, has been this day dissolved by
mutual consent.

All moneys due to the late firm must be forthwith
paid to Mr. Robert Turnell, who will discharge all
liabilities of the said firm.

I, GEORGE MURRAY WEBSTER, a Doctor of
Medicine of the University of Edinburgh, &c.,
Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons of
Edinburgh, now residing at Oamaru, Otago, New
Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention to
apply to the Registrar for the District of Dunedin,
on the fifteenth day of August, 1870, or one month
from the date of the publication of this notice in the
Government Gazette, to be registered as a Physician
and Surgeon, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners'
Registration Act, 1869," and I have deposited my
degree and diploma in the office of the said Registrar
of Dunedin for public inspection.

Given under my hand this sixth day of July, 1870.
