THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
I, JOHN TURNBULL THOMSON, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance, No. 15.
Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to
Land by persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the
Claims of the persons whose names appear in the Schedule hereunder, having been duly referred to me for
investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to the Crown Grants set
against their names in the said Schedule.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto carried on between the under-
signed, as General Merchants, under the style or firm
of "Walton, Warner, and Co.," has expired by
effluxion of time. All persons having claims against
the late firm are requested to furnish the same,
forthwith, to George Warner, Hereford Street,
Christchurch, by whom all debts will be liquidated,
and whose receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge
for all debts due to the late copartnership.
The business of the late firm will be carried on at
the old premises, Hereford Street, by Mr. George
Warner.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto carried on between the undersigned as
Jewellers and Silversmiths, in High Street, Christ-
church, Province of Canterbury, under the style or
firm of "B. Petersen and Co.," has this day been
dissolved by mutual assent.
All persons indebted to the late firm are requested
to pay their accounts to Mr. Hermann Cohn, by whom
the business will in future be carried on and all
liabilities of the late firm liquidated.

Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare

United Miners." - The place of intended operations is at Sailor's
Gully, Ross. - The nominal capital of the Company is £5,000,
in 1,000 shares of £5 each. - The amount already paid up is £62 10s.
