have my name placed on the Register of Medical
Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I
herewith forward my diploma for public inspection,
in accordance with clause 13 of "The Medical Prac-
titioners' Registration Act, 1869."

AUCKLAND Consolidated Gold Mining Company,
Limited. At an Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Shareholders held on the 3rd May,
1870, the following Resolution was passed, and the
same was confirmed at a subsequent Extraodinary
General Meeting held on the 7th June, 1870.
"That the Company be voluntarily wound up, and
that Mr. Hugh Hart Lusk and two Shareholders,
who have paid up their calls, be appointed as Liqui-
dators empowered to realize the assets and pay off
the debts of the Company."
