MONEY ORDER AND SAVINGS BANK OFFICES.
ENGLAND.

  1. On the 1st of April, Money Order and Savings
    Bank Offices will be opened in London and its
    suburbs at—

Postal District.
King's Road (365), near Park Walk S.W.
Piccadilly, Circus W.
Stamford Street, Blackfriars S.E.
2. The Offices at Commercial Road, Lambeth, S.E.,
and Newington Causeway, S.E., will be abolished,
and the Offices known as Borough (S.E. District
Office), Mile End, E., and North End, Whetstone,
N., will be respectively called Blackman Street (S.E.
District Office), 148 Mile End Road, E., and North
End, Finchley, N.
3. Money Order and Savings Bank Offices will be
opened in the country at—

Head Office. County.
Cliftonville, R.O ... Brighton ... Sussex.
Dyke Road, R.O. ... Brighton ... Sussex.
Grosmont ... Hereford ... Monmouth.
High Street, R.O. ... Tunbridge Wells Kent.
Newcastle Street, R.O. ... Manchester.. Lancaster.
4. The Office at Brighton now known as "Hove"
will henceforth be called "Alma Terrace, Hove,"
and the Office at Kentchurch (Hereford) will be
abolished.
During the past Quarter the following changes
have taken place:—

dinate to Ashford instead of to Staplehurst.

9. A Money Order and Savings Bank Office has

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

No. 15 of 1870.

LIGHT ON NUGGET POINT, MOLYNEUX BAY.
Office of the Commissioner of Customs,
(Marine Branch,)
Wellington, 22nd June, 1870.

NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the 4th
July, 1870, a Light will be exhibited from a
Lighthouse erected on the outer extremity of Nugget
Point, Lat. 46° 27' S. and Long. 169° 51′ E. It is a
fixed White Light, of the first order Dioptric,
showing all round seaward, between the bearings of
N.E. by N.N. and South by East. It is elevated
250 feet above sea level, and may be seen in clear
weather at a distance of 23 nautic miles, allowing
15 feet for the height of the observer's eye.
The Tower is of stone painted white, and is 31 feet
in height from base to top of lantern.
All bearings are magnetic, and are taken from Sea
to Lighthouse.
