of New Zealand, extend the duration of the said
Commission to the ninth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy; and, with the like advice
and consent, I do require that you the said Commis-
sioners do, on or before the ninth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy, certify to me, to
under your hands and seals, your several proceedings
by virtue of the said recited Commission and of these
presents, and your opinion touching the matters set
forth in the said recited Commission.

Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of
Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of June, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and autho-
rity in this behalf enabling me, I, Sir George
Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that Sittings
of the District Court of the Otago Gold Fields,
additional to those already appointed, shall be held
as follows :-
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Lawrence,
on the second Tuesday in August next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Naseby, on
the second Wednesday in September next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Clyde, on
the Monday next after the second Wednesday
in September next.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court at Queenstown,
on the Monday second after the second Wednes-
day in September next.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this thirteenth day of June,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

No. 30. The Crown Lands (Nelson) Leasing
Act, 1869;"
having been laid before the Queen, in conformity with
the provisions of "The Constitution Act," His
Excellency the Governor has been informed by the
Secretary of State that Her Majesty will not be
advised to exercise her power of disallowance with
respect to these Acts.
