The No. 2. Company, Canterbury Rifle Volunteers.
The Nelson Artillery Volunteer Cadet Corps.
The under-mentioned gentlemen have therefore
ceased to hold the rank of officers, their commissions
having, under the provisions of "The Volunteer Act,
1865," lapsed :-

Cavalry Volunteers.
R. Garrett, Esq., late Lieutenant, Kai-iwi Yeo-
manry Cavalry Volunteers.
