this purpose vested by "The Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs, do
hereby change the name of the under-mentioned
warehouse, viz. :-

Secretary of the Government House Committee,
Wellington, and endorsed "Tender for Government
House," will be received up to Noon on Monday,
the 15th day of March, 1869.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

I, WILLIAM PATRICK CRAWFORD, Registrar
of Joint Stock Companies for the County of
Westland, do hereby notify that I have registered a
Memorandum of Association (with Articles of Asso-
ciation annexed) establishing a company with limited
liability of the shareholders therein, intituled

"The Greymouth and Greenstone Tramway
Company, Limited,"

the objects of which are "the conveyance of passen-
gers, goods, cattle, and stock of all descriptions
between Greymouth and Greenstone, and the doing
of all such things as are incidental or conducive to
the attainment of the above objects: "

And that, in pursuance of "The Joint Stock Com-
panies Act, 1860," I have issued a Certificate of
Incorporation of the said Company, bearing date this
twenty-ninth day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-nine.

DISSOLUTION of Partnership.-The Partnership
hitherto existing between Phillip Moeller,
Edward Moeller, and Frederick Moeller, all of the
City of Wellington, Drapers, &c., has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent: Mr. Phillip Moeller
leaving the firm, and E. and F. Moeller remaining in
the business.

All claims against the firm will be settled, and all
accounts due will be received, by the said Edward
and Frederick Moeller, who will continue to carry
on the business, as heretofore, under the style and
firm of "Moeller Brothers."
