I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The Pearl
of the Waiotahi Gold Mining Company, Registered,"
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and
sincerely declare that the following statement is, to
the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every
particular, namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Pearl of the Waiotahi Gold Mining Company,
Registered." - The place of operations is at the Waiotahi, at
the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is seventeen
thousand six hundred pounds, in seventeen thousand
six hundred shares of one pound each. - The amount already paid up is represented by
thirteen thousand two hundred pounds, the estimated
value of the Mine. - The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
Massey. - The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
Graham's Town. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
this date, are as follows:-

thousand two hundred pounds, in six thousand four
hundred shares of three pounds each. -
The amount already paid up is sixteen thousand
pounds, being the estimated value of the Claim. -
The name of the manager is Marmaduke
Constable. -
The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
Graham's Town. -
