I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The Pearl
of the Waiotahi Gold Mining Company, Registered,"
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and
sincerely declare that the following statement is, to
the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every
particular, namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Pearl of the Waiotahi Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi, at
    the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland,
    in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is seventeen
    thousand six hundred pounds, in seventeen thousand
    six hundred shares of one pound each.
  4. The amount already paid up is represented by
    thirteen thousand two hundred pounds, the estimated
    value of the Mine.
  5. The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
    Massey.
  6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
    Graham's Town.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follows:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Bruce Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek,
    at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
    land, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is nineteen
    thousand two hundred pounds, in six thousand four
    hundred shares of three pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is sixteen thousand
    pounds, being the estimated value of the Claim.

  5. The name of the manager is Marmaduke
    Constable.

  6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
    Graham's Town.
