I, the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The
Atlantic Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

1. The name and style of the Company is "The
   Atlantic Gold Mining Company, Registered."
2. The place of operations is at the Collarbone
   Spur, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of
   Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-
   eight thousand five hundred pounds, in twenty-eight
   thousand five hundred shares of one pound each.
4. The amount already paid up is twenty-four
   thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight pounds ten
   shillings.
5. The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
   Massey.
6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
   Graham's Town.
