I, the undersigned LOWTHER BROAD, hereby
make application to register "The New Zealand
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865;" and I solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular viz.:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    New Zealand Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Murphy's Hill,
    Karaka, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province
    of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty
    thousand pounds, in four, thousand shares of five
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is ten thousand
    pounds, in paid-up scrip allotted by the Company to
    the shareholders.
  5. The name of the manager is Lowther Broad.
  6. The office of the Company is at the Royal
    Exchange, Graham's Town.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follow:-

Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    McIsaacs' Extended Gold Mining Company, Regis-
    tered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek,
    at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
    land, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen
    thousand pounds, in nine thousand shares of two
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is twelve thousand
    pounds, in paid-up scrip allotted by the Company to
    the shareholders.
