the undersigned WILLIAM ROWE, hereby make
application to register "The Tweedside Gold
Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Tweedside Gold Mining Company, Registered." - The place of operations is the Thames Gold
Field, in the Province of Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty
thousand pounds, in four thousand shares of five
pounds each. - The amount already paid up is eighteen thou-
sand pounds, represented by the estimated value of
the Company's mine. - The name of the manager is William Rowe.
- The office of the Company is in Pollen Street,
Shortland. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
