Coulabah Gold Mining Company, Registered." - The place of operations is on the Karaka
Creek, Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of
Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is four
thousand pounds, in sixteen hundred shares of two
pounds ten shillings each, of which two thousand
eight hundred pounds shall be considered paid up. - The amount already paid up is two thousand
eight hundred pounds. - The name of the manager is Hugh Hart Lusk.
- The office of the Company is at Shortland
