souri Extended Gold Mining Company, Registered,"
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly
and sincerely declare that the following statement
is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in
every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Wild Missouri Extended Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Tararu, at the
    Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in
    the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-
    thousand pounds, in sixteen thousand shares of one
    pound five shillings each.
  4. The amount already paid up is sixteen thou-
    sand pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is David George
    Smale.
  6. The office of the Company is at Abraham
    Street, Graham's Town, and Auckland.
