I, the undersigned WILLIAM BARCLAY HEATH, hereby make application to register "The Waterloo Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:--
- The name and style of the Company is "The Waterloo Gold Mining Company, Registered."
- The place of operations is at the Karaka Hill, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand pounds, in two thousand shares of two pounds each.
- The amount already paid up is three thousand five hundred pounds.
- The name of the manager is William Barclay Heath.
- The office of the Company is at Brown Street, Graham's Town.
- The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:--
