the undersigned THOMAS HUNTER, hereby make
application to register "The Overland Route
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare
that the following statement is, to the best of my
belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Overland Route Gold Mining Company, Registered." - The place of operations is at the Kurunui Spur,
at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is fourteen
thousand pounds, in seven thousand shares of two
pounds each. - The amount paid up is ten thousand five hundred
pounds. - The name of the manager is Thomas Hunter.
- The office of the Company is at Albert Street,
Graham's Town. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at

bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely

of my belief and knowledge, true in every par-
ticular, namely:- - The name and style of the Company is "The
Inkerman and Durham Gold Mining Company,
Registered." - The place of operations is at the Hape Creek,
at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-
two thousand five hundred pounds, in twenty-two
thousand five hundred shares of one pound each. - The amount already paid up is nineteen thousand
six hundred and eighty-seven pounds ten shillings. - The name of the manager is Walter Sully.
