A GENERAL MEETING of the shareholders of
the above Company, will be held at the Office of
P. P. Langley, Exchange Chambers, Princes Street,
Dunedin, at the hour of three o'clock in the afternoon,
on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1869, for the
purpose of considering the Accounts of the Liqui-
dator.

of Shareholders of "The Oamaru Brewery
Company, Limited," held in the Company's Offices
on the 10th day of July, 1869, it was resolved that
the Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders of the above Company,
held in the Company's Offices on the 9th day of
June, 1869, viz., "That the Company be voluntarily
wound up," be confirmed.
