THE following Notice, received from the General
Post Office, Brisbane, respecting the extension
of the Money Order System in the Colony of Queens-
land, is published for general information.

EXTENSION OF MONEY ORDER SYSTEM.

It is hereby notified, for general information, that,
on and after the 1st of July next, Money Order
Business will be transacted, under the Queensland
Regulations, at the Post Offices at

ALLORA, ST. GEORGE,
BANANA, WESTWOOD,
LEYBURN, YAAMBA.

IN the matter of "The Friendly Societies Act, 1867,"
notice is hereby given, that a transcript of the
Rules of

"Court Robin Hood," of the Nelson New
Zealand Ancient Order of Foresters Friendly
Society,

duly certified, has been lodged with the Registrar of
Friendly Societies, registered and recorded in his
office under the provisions of "The Friendly Societies
Act, 1867."

I JOHN MUIR WAYLAND, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Provinces of Auckland
and Hawke's Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I have registered a Memorandum
of Association, with Articles of Association, establish-
ing a Company, with limited liability of the share-
holders therein, entitled

"The Auckland Consolidated Gold Mining
Company, Limited."

The objects for which the Company is established
are to explore the mine and claims thereof, situated
at the Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of Auck-
land, for gold, silver, precious stones, and other
minerals, to acquire ground by purchase, agreement,
or otherwise in any part of the said field for the like
purposes; to carry on quartz crushing, smelting, or
any other process whereby the said metals may be
extracted from the ore; to sell the said metals and
minerals; either in the ore or in a purified state, and
to employ all manner of vessels and conveyances for
the carriage of the said metals or minerals; and also
to carry on such other mining operations as may be
decided upon at any meeting of the Company; and
also for the sale, disposal, exchange, lease, or hire of
the whole or any part of the land, stock, machinery
or plant of any kind whatsoever belonging to the
said Company.

And that, in pursuance of the provisions of "The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a
Certificate of Incorporation of the said Company,
bearing date this ninth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-nine.

CENTRAL GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED).

I the undersigned JOSEPH EDWARD NATHAN, hereby
make application to register "The Central Gold
Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Central Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of intended operations is at Porirua.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is £200, in
    shares of £10 each.
  4. The amount paid up is £20.
  5. The name of the manager is Joseph Edward

Mikonui Water Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Ross and Mikonui Water Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is on the north side of
    the Mikonui, near Ross.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty
    thousand pounds, in four thousand shares of five
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is two hundred and
    eighty-seven pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is George Henry
    Tribe.
  6. The office of the Company is at Ross.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follow:—
