"The Middle Star Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered," under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I
do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Middle Star Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operation is Madman's Gully
    Moanatairi Creek, Thames Gold Field in the Pro-
    vince of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is thirty-
    six thousand pounds, in one thousand four hundred
    and forty shares of twenty-five pounds each.
  4. The name of the manager is Charles Frederic
    Evanson Kissling.
  5. The office of the Company is at 74, Queen
    Street, Auckland.
  6. The names and several residence of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follows:—

Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular:----

  1. The name of the Company is "The Koh-i-noor
    Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Puriri, Thames
    Gold Fields.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is two
    thousand pounds, in four hundred shares of five
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is one thousand
    eight hundred pounds.

6. The office of the Company is at the office of
"The Deep Lead Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered," Pollen Street, Shortland.

—A General Meeting of the Shareholders in this
Company is hereby convened to be held in their
Office, Canada Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland,
on Monday, 9th August, 1869, at 3 p.m.
Business:—The consideration of the Accounts,
showing the manner in which the affairs of the
Company have been wound up and the property
disposed of.

NOTICE.—The Partnership hitherto existing
between Edward Reece, of Christchurch, and
Charles Flockton, of Timaru, carrying on business as
Engineers, Iron Founders, &c., at the Atlas Foundry,
Timaru, under the style and firm of "Flockton and
Co.," is dissolved by mutual consent; and all accounts
owing to or by the said firm will be received or paid
by the said Edward Reece, by whom the business
will be carried on.
