N.B.—The formal Sittings under the Divorce Act will be
held on the same day as the Bankruptcy Sittings, at 10 a.m.;
and formal Sittings of the Vice-Admiralty Court will be on the
same days at 10.30; for business under the Bankruptcy
Act; at noon, for business under "The
Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867;" and
at 12.30, for the business of the Vice-Admiralty
Court.

$\dagger$ During the vacation (20th March to 30th April inclusive),
the Judge will make such special appointments as may be
absolutely necessary.

$\ddagger$ In the months of May and November the Judge holds
Circuit Courts at Napier, but will make special appoint-
ments for Sitting in Wellington during those months, as
circumstances may permit.

$\S$ It is understood that the Sittings of the Court of Appeal will
generally be held in the month of October.

Sittings of Judge in Chambers.

The Judge, when in Wellington, will sit at
Chambers on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 11 a.m.,
for the despatch of the general business of the
Court; at 10.30 a.m., for business under the Bank-
ruptcy Acts; at noon, for business under "The
Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867;" and
at 12.30, for the business of the Vice-Admiralty
Court.
