part of the Waste Lands of the Crown as is included
between two lines drawn on each side of, parallel to,
and at a distance of a chain from the electric tele-
graph established in the said Province from the
Mataura River to Popotuna; from Popotuna to the
Molyneaux River; from the Molyneaux River to
Dunedin; and from Dunedin to the Waitaki River, is

All that parcel of land at Switzers Diggings
known as the Court House and Police Camp Reserve,
and being bounded towards the East by a line
183° 3' one thousand two hundred and sixty-two
(1262) links; towards the South by lines 223° 13'
seventy-five (75) links, 305° 39′ 30″ one hundred and
eighty-three (183) links, 318° 57' one hundred and
fifty-seven (157) links, 250° 52' two hundred and
ninety-five (295) links; towards the West by a line
356° 23′ 50″ six hundred and thirty-five (635) links;
and towards the North-west by a line 51° 29' eight

(200) links, and by section number five (5), one
hundred and sixty-six and sixty-six hundredth
(166.66) links; and by Melmore Terrace, thirty-three
and thirty-four hundredth (33·34) links; and towards
