All that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment five (5) acres more or less, bounded towards
the North by Lyndhurst Street, five hundred (500)
links; towards the East by Queen Street, one
thousand (1,000) links; towards the South by
Brougham Street, five hundred (500) links; and
towards the West by Russell Street, one thousand
(1,000) links, be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less.

All that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment thirteen (13) acres and one (1) rood more or
less, bounded towards the North by Henley Street,
five hundred (500) links; towards the East by
Russell Street, two thousand six hundred and fifty
(2,650) links; towards the South by Wakefield
Street, five hundred (500) links; and towards the
West by Palmerston Street, two thousand six hun-
dred and fifty (2,650) links, be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.

Sites for Public Buildings or
other purposes of the General
Government.

TOWN OF COBDEN.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment two (2) acres more or less, bounded towards
the North by Fox Street, five hundred (500) links;
towards the East by Newcastle Street, four hundred
links; towards the South by Bright Street, five
hundred (500) links; and towards the West by
Sturge Street, four hundred (400) links, be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment seven (7) acres and two (2) roods more or less,
bounded towards the North by a line one thousand
seven hundred and twenty-five (1,725) links; towards
the South by Curtis Road; and towards the South-
west and West by Robinson Street, and by lines
two hundred (200) links, three hundred (300) links,
and two hundred (200) links, be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.

FAREWELL SPIT.
Six hundred (600) acres more or less, situate at
the extremity of Farewell Spit, bounded towards the
North-east and South-west by high-water line on
the shore of the said Spit; and towards the West-
north-west by a line drawn at right angles to a line
bearing West-north-west from Bush-end Point, and
distant therefrom sixteen thousand (16,000) links,
together with a road one chain wide along the
whole length of the said Spit, in order to render the
said reserve available.

PROVINCE OF MARLBOROUGH.
All that parcel of land, being so much and such
part of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the said
Province of Marlborough as is included between two
lines drawn on cach side of, parallel to, and at a dis-
tance of a chain from the line of electric telegraph
established in the said Province from the Conway
River to the Kahutara River; from the Kahutara
River to Kaikoura; from the Kaikoura to the
Clarence River; from the Clarence River to the
Flaxbourne River; from the Flaxbourne River to
Blenheim; from Blenheim to White's Bay, and from
Blenheim to Picton; from Picton to Havelock; and
from Havelock to the boundary of the Province of
Nelson, is required for the purposes of the electric
telegraph.

PROVINCE OF WELLINGTON.
All that parcel of land, being so much and such
part of the Waste Lands of the Crown in the said
Province of Wellington as is included between two
