visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare

   Kanieri Lake Water-Race Company, Registered."
2. The place of intended operations is in the Mining
   District of Kanieri, Westland.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is sixteen
   thousand five hundred pounds, in five thousand five
   hundred shares of three pounds each, of which six
   hundred shares, having two pounds paid up on each,
   are reserved, as an equivalent for expenses already
   incurred, to the shareholders who incurred the
   expenses.

   and twenty-five pounds, exclusive of twelve hundred
   pounds referred to in clause 3.
