PROVINCE OF NELSON.
All that parcel of land, being so much and such part of the

Waste Lands of the Crown in the said Province of Nelson as
is included between two lines drawn on each side of, parallel
to, and at a distance of a chain from the line of electric
telegraph established in the said Province from the
Hurunui River to the Waiau, and from the Waiau River
to the Conway River, and from the boundary of the
Province between Havelock and Nelson to Nelson, is
required for the purpose of electric telegraph. Except so
much of the said reserve as has been released and dis-
charged from the purposes of the said electric telegraph
by a certain Order in Council, dated 20th November,

| All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement
one (1) acre more or less, bounded towards the North by
Gladstone Street, five hundred (500) links; towards the

links; and towards the West by Molesworth Street, two
hundred (200) links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or
