WELLINGTON, MONDAY, APRIL 12, 1869.

Government House,
Wellington, 12th April, 1869.

HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH, K.G., will land at
the Queen's Wharf, at 11.30 a.m., this day (Monday), the 12th April; and
will afterwards hold a Levée at the Government Offices, at 1 o'clock p.m.

Gentlemen who have received cards of entrée, and Members of the Legislative
Council, will assemble in the Colonial Secretary's Office.

The Members of the House of Representatives will assemble in their own
Chamber.

Members of the Provincial Council of Wellington, Members of the Town
Board of Wellington, the Clergy of the several Denominations, and Officers of the
Army, Navy, Militia and Volunteers, will assemble in the Office of the Clerk of
the House of Representatives; the general Public will assemble in the Legislative
Council Chamber.

Each gentleman will provide himself with two cards with his name printed
or written thereon; one to be left in the principal entrance hall, the other to be
given to the Governor's Aide-de-Camp.

Gentlemen attending the Levée will wear either official dress, uniform, or
evening costume.
