NOTICE.-By virtue of the powers conferred upon
the Accountant in Bankruptcy by "The Bank-
ruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," Provisional Trus-
tees and Trustees in bankrupts' estates are hereby
required to furnish, addressed to him at his office,
Custom House, Dunedin, the following information
and accounts, viz.:-Every provisional trustee shall,
upon taking possession of the estate, forthwith furnish
a certified copy of the inventory and valuation of the
bankrupt's estate and effects. And every trustee
shall close his account and furnish a copy thereof
at the expiration of the following periods:-First
account at the expiration of six months from the
date of adjudication; second account at the expiration
of nine months from the same date; third account
at the expiration of twelve months from the same
date; fourth account at the expiration of fifteen
months from the same date; and each succeeding
account thereafter at the expiration of three months
from the date at which the preceding account was
closed. The above returns are to be furnished in all
cases adjudicated upon after the date of this notice.
