I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance, No. 15, Session XI.,
of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by
persons claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the
Claims of the under-mentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby
decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their
names in the annexed Schedule.

1454 1659 Richard Tuckwell... Entitled to a Grant for part of Rural Section No. 46, Karori District. This is in addition to that reported No. 1039.
1455 1677 Michael Quin Entitled to a Grant for part of Rural Section No. 46, Karori District.
1456 1700 Thomas McClelland Entitled to a grant for part of Section No. 204, on the plan of the City of Wellington.

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of
New Zealand, intituled "The Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide Claims for Crown
Grants of Lands for which the original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed, report that the claims
of George Palmer, of Nazing Park, County of Surrey, in England, having been referred to me by command
of the Governor, I do hereby decide that the aforesaid claimant is entitled to a Crown Grant of the Land
referred to in the annexed Schedule.

Dated at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1868.

George Palmer Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Land selected under preliminary Land Orders, numbered 296, 463, and 1045, issued by the New Zealand Company to the said George Palmer on the first day of August, 1839. The rural selection made in respect of Land Order No. 1045, subject, nevertheless, to Clause VI., "Land Orders and Scrip Act, 1858."
