I, the undersigned WALTER SIGLEY, hereby make
application to register "The Auckland Gold
Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief and
knowledge, true in every particular, namely:---

1. The name and style of the Company is "The
   Auckland Gold Mining Company, Registered."
2. The place of operations is at the Moanataiari
   Creek, Shortland, Province of Auckland.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is £20,000
   in 4,000 shares at £5 each.
4. The amount already paid up is £18,000.
5. The name of the manager is Walter Sigley.
