    Union Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operation is the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is six
    thousand three hundred pounds, in five hundred and
    four shares of twelve pounds and ten shillings each.
  4. The amount already paid up is five thousand

  5. The name of the manager is Captain James
    Stone.

particular, namely:--

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Pactolus Mining and Quartz Crushing Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is one
    thousand five hundred pounds, in sixty shares of
    twenty-five pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is one thousand
    three hundred and eighty pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Richard Dickson.
  6. The office of the Company is at Opotimoko
    Creek, Thames Gold Field aforesaid.
