PEOPLE'S Petroleum Company (Limited).—
Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of "The People's Petroleum Com-
pany (Limited)," held at the registered office of the
Company, in Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on
Saturday, the first day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-eight, at the hour of four o'clock
p.m., of which meeting a notice specifying the inten-
tion to propose the following resolution was passed by
three-fourths in number and value of such share-
holders as were present in person thereat :—
RESOLUTION.—"It is resolved that 'The People's
Petroleum Company (Limited),' shall be
wound up voluntarily."
