THOMAS GEORGE DUGARD, Esq.,
to be Registrar of Marriages, and of Births, Deaths,
and Marriages, for the District of the Arrow, as the
same is defined in proclamation of 30th November,
1865, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 48,
of 11th December, 1865, vice Lowther Broad, Esq.,
resigned.
This appointment to take effect on and from the
twentieth day of August, 1868.
