on Thursday, the 9th instant, at Two o'clock

IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose
vested by "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858,"
I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the
PORT OF HAVELOCK,
in the Province of Marlborough, shall be no longer
a Port of Entry for purposes of "The Customs
Regulation Act, 1858."
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir
George Ferguson Bowen, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same, at the Government
House, at Wellington, this first day
of July, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
