NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership
hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned
Henry Cain, Frederic Le Cren, and William Munro,
as general merchants and storekeepers, at Timaru, in
the Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm
of "Cain, Munro, and Company," was, on the
twenty-ninth day of February last dissolved by
mutual consent, from which date the business will be
carried on by the said William Munro and John
Reid, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, on their
separate account, under the style or firm of "Cain,
Munro, and Company," who will pay and receive all
debts owing from and to the said partnership in the
regular course of trade, as from the twenty-ninth day
of February last.

As witness our hands this seventh day of April,
1868.

DISSOLUTION of Partnership.----Notice is hereby
given, that the copartnership hitherto subsisting
between the undersigned, N. W. Levin and C. J.
Pharazyn, under the firm of "Levin and Co.," was
dissolved on the 31st day of March last, (Mr. N. W.
Levin having retired from the business,) which will
henceforth be carried on by Mr. C. J. Pharazyn, Mr.
W. H. Levin, and Mr. W. W. Johnston, under the
former style of "Levin and Co."

Dated this 11th day of April, 1868.

NOTICE.—The partnership between the under-
signed was dissolved as from the thirty-first
day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
eight, by mutual consent. The business will be carried
on by W. J. Gandy without alteration, but the name
of the firm will in future be used in liquidation only.
