THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," hereby certify
and report that I have ascertained that the aboriginal
inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land
described in the Schedule hereunder written have
assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be
subject to the provisions of the said Act.
As witness my hand this twenty-fourth day of
November, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-six.

SCHEDULE above referred to.
All that piece of land situate at Puketotara,
bounded towards the North by a roadway five
thousand six hundred and twenty-five links, and
rural allotment numbered two hundred and three,
eight hundred links; towards the East by the
Mangorei Road, one thousand three hundred links,
and the Waiwakaiho River; towards the South by
rural allotment numbered seven hundred and seventy,
four thousand seven hundred links; and towards the
West by rural allotments numbered seven hundred
and sixty-nine, seven hundred and sixty-eight, and
seven hundred and sixty-eight a, seven hundred and
sixty-eight B, seventy-six, sixty-three, and a roadway
nine thousand three hundred and ninety-five links.
Report adopted this twelfth day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
Colony.

this behalf, under the provisions of "The New
Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," hereby certify
and report that I have ascertained that the aboriginal
inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land
described in the Schedule hereunder written have
assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall
be subject to the provisions of the said Act.
As witness my hand this twenty-sixth day of
November, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-six.

All that piece of land situate at Waiwákaiho,
bounded towards the North by rural allotment No.
165, three thousand one hundred and fifty links;
towards the East by the Waiwakaiho River; towards
the South by rural allotment No. 184, three thousand
three hundred and fifteen links; and towards the
West by a roadway one thousand four hundred and
forty links.
Report adopted this twelfth day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
Colony.
