I HEREBY notify for public information that the
undermentioned quarter-acre allotments, in the
township of Raleigh (Waitara), comprising the most
valuable lots not otherwise disposed of, will be offered
for sale by public auction, at the Crown Land Office,
Mount Eliot, on Saturday, the 30th day of November,
1867. The sale will commence at eleven a.m., and
the lots will be put up at the following scale of
upset prices:-

Corner lots, with frontage on Waitara River 30
Intermediate " " ... 15
Corner lots, without river frontage ... 20
Intermediate " " ... 10
