THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage Act,
1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to the
names in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 7, of the 29th of January; No. 9, of the 11th of
February; No. 12, of the 28th of February, No. 23,
of the 12th of April; No. 29, of the 16th of May;
No. 32, of the 1st of June; No. 36, of the 27th of
June; and No. 43, of the 7th of August, in the
present year.

Given under my hand at Wellington, this
seventeenth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-seven.

I, the undersigned WILLIAM FALER, hereby make
application to register "The Ross Extended
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare
that the following statement is to the best of my
belief and knowledge true in every particular,
namely :-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Ross Extended Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Ross.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is three
    thousand pounds in forty shares of seventy-five
    pounds each..
  4. The amount already paid up is one hundred
    pounds.
  5. The manager's name is William Faler.
  6. The office of the Company is on the Company's
    claim.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follows:-

NOTICE of Dissolution. The partnership hitherto
existing between the undersigned merchants
and commission agents, under the style of "W. and
G. Turnbull and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual
consent in Wellington, as at 30th June, and Dunedin,
as at 31st May last.

Mr. Walter Turnbull, in Wellington, and Mr.
George Turnbull, in Dunedin, will receive the debts
and pay the liabilities of the late firm.

A PPLICATION having been made by us for a
Patent for Galvanized Iron Piping, termed
"Fluming," for mining purposes, objectors to granting
of such Letters Patent must send within four months
from date of this notice, to the office of J. B. Bennett,
Esq., Wellington, a statement in writing setting forth

the ground of their objections, with his or their
proper name and address.

NOTICE is hereby given that the copartnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned as
Hotel-keepers, Christchurch, has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent. All debts to us
and by us will be received and paid by Mr. George
Oram.

MARLBOROUGH Press and General Printing
Company (Limited). -Notice is hereby given
that at an extraordinary general meeting of the
shareholders of the abovenamed Company, held
at the "George Hotel," Picton, on Saturday, the
twelfth day of July, 1867, the following special
resolutions were passed; and that at the ordinary
half-yearly general meeting of the shareholders of
the said Company, held at the same place on
Monday, the nineteenth day of August instant,
the same special resolutions were confirmed;
and that of both of the said meetings and of the
said resolutions due notice was given; and that at
both of the said meetings the requisite number of
shareholders were present, and concurred in passing
and confirming the said special resolutions in accord-
ance with the provisions of "The Joint Stock
Companies Act, 1860," and of Articles of Association
of the said Company:-

  1. That "The Marlborough Press and General
    Printing Company (Limited)," be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That Messrs. A. P. Seymour and J. O. Western
    be appointed liquidators for the purpose of winding
    up the affairs of the Company.

I, the undersigned D. G. MACDONNELL, hereby
make application to register "The Pakihi Cement
Crushing and Gold Mining Company, Registered,"
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and
sincerely declare that the following statement is to
the best of my knowledge and belief true in every
particular, namely-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Pakihi Cement Crushing and Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Charleston, in the
    Province of Nelson.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen
    hundred pounds in one thousand five hundred shares
    of one pound each.
  4. The amount already paid up is six hundred
    pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Denis Gilmore
    MacDonnell.
  6. The office of the Company is at Charleston.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders and the number of shares held by each at
    this date are as follows:-
