I do myself the honor to inform you that this Company will be prepared to tender for the
"Mail Service to and from Galle," at a less rate than is now paid, and will undertake to perform it in
the same time as the present service is limited to; or, if deemed preferable, would unite with owners
of steamers in the sister Colonies for the performance of the service.
